Hi Karen, Now that the last of the guests went home over this past weekend and I am getting my house back in order, I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how beautiful and delicious your cake was!! Everyone RAVED about it!!! My parents were so surprised and one look at the cake and my Mother broke down in tears...she was so moved!! Karen-- Words cannot even express the elation and shock I had when I was escorted to the dining hall to "see" the cake. I knew we were going to be pleased, but elation would better describe my reaction. He looked so much like Toby, it was almost more than anyone could do to cut the cake.He was sure the topping to the most beautiful and perfect wedding ceremony we had just had. We had a beauty of a bride, but she was outdone for a moment. ALL cameras were flashing Toby. Chris' reaction was priceless, and the moment was the best.Thank you for giving more than you bargained for because we are sure that you did. We are pleased beyond measure, and the cake itself (yes, we did cut it!!) was delicious. I am inquiring around on how to preserve his head. We so appreciate your time and talent. He was most formidable, exquisitely done, and beyond our wildest expectations---and they were high!! We wish you continued success in your business. Karen, We wanted to tell you how extremely impressed & excited we were about our wedding cake! Some of our guest thought the barbwire on our cake was real! It was a big hit. Everyone kept asking,"Have you seen the cake? It's AWESOME! & looks SO real!" When I brought the idea of doing the chocolate barbwire to you, I had a specific image in my head. You completely succeeded in giving me exacty what I wanted! You are a very talented lady & it shows in your craftsmanship.The cake was GORGEOUS! The flavor was just as great. Karen: I am so excited! You did absolutely awesome on the yellow 1957 chevy cake. Your attention to the detail in the flames was just incredible. You even got it down to the hood rockets. BR549……too cool. So many people have enjoyed seeing it at Lockheed. They can't believe that it is a cake. I took the car off and will take it to my family and friends to enjoy. Not so sure that I'll let them eat it. It is just too perfect. I may freeze it so I can enjoy it forever. Your artistic efforts have made this a birthday to remember. Thanks, |

Hi Karen, I wrote this email a few minutes ago, I don't think it went through. At any rate, I'm late in sending you our thanks for the wonderful custom designed cake for our son's 16th birthday. David was overwhelmed and very pleased with the design. It was amazing. Some of the guests didn't believe the drum was a real cake! Everyone wanted to know where I got the cake and I was ready with your name and card. Thank you so much for making this birthday special for our son, David. I'll be calling again, soon.
